Jessore Collectorate Building is one of the most popular entertainment centers of present day Jessore Basir. The new generation is now known as the Jessore Collectorate Park, whose old name is Niaz Park. Niaz Park was built beside the collectorate building on the bank of Bhairab river. Niaz Park, now in the surroundings surrounded by the Collectorate Building, is a silent witness to the background of many movement struggles. 
Next to it, Flower Park is now Jessore's most attractive place. Inside the park there are three bigha-sized ponds. Freshwater fish float in that pond. All the flowers around the pond. Trees, dalia, chandamlika, sunflower, jasmine, bluesters, rose, cosmos are visible on those trees. The brick lining has been screwed.
