Taking a bus at Nicoll Highway to go to tennis games one Friday recently and I saw this sign. In Singapore, orange coloured signs means there is some construction ahead and you should slow down. Yes, but do I really need to know about the Proposed Sewers to slow down? Oh @kus-knee said we should keep the entry clean. Did I break the rule?
