It is raining badly outside and I still need to go to work for my afternoon shift. More of the interviews are conducted via online nowadays. Yesterday, I attended 2 from the same company for the same job at 1 hour apart. What I don’t understand is why they have to split to two and make the candidate repeat the story. I joined with my video on but both of them don’t dare to show me their faces. Today, it was done via zoom with 5 people seeing me. At least, most of the videos were on. I was fiddling with the virtual background and wonder if should use this one but decided on something else in the end. 😎

外面下着大雨，我仍然需要去上班而今天是下午班。如今，更多的面试是通过在线进行。昨天，参加同一家公司统一职位的2次（相隔1小时）的面试。我不明白的是为什么他们必须分开两段使求职着重复讲个人故事。我打开了视频，但他们都不敢给我看他们的脸。今天的面试是通过zoom举行，有5个人看到了我。至少，我也看到他们。之前我在高虚拟背景，考虑着是否应该使用此背景，但最后还是决定了其他的。😎
