Origins

I took a drive today around the area where I grew up. A lot of things changed, and a lot of things stayed the same.

I spent many an hour in this old barn, and this old truck, hauling and stacking hay. I could get 54 ~60lb bales on the back of that truck, a first class stack. It was hot dusty work when we got back to the barn, throwing the bales up into the loft to be stacked again. The fresh lemonade and peanut butter and crackers we received between loads was the nectar of the gods to us in the hot summer sun.
