My Lightroom Workflow and Photographic Process

in photography •  7 years ago  (edited)

Here's my workflow for editing my images. Before it goes through Photoshop, if it does, it has to first go through Lightroom. If the Lightroom results is good enough then it doesn't go through Photoshop.

Beautiful post

I use Adobe light room CC 2017, what Adobe do you use ?

Older than this :)

Nice post

That's true. Lighting is very crucial in video and image editting. I got a rough time coming up with good stuff for my clients when I had just started working in my I.t workshop.
Till I admitted how bad I was at lighting that I had to go and do a lot of research and prep on it. today I pretty come up with good stuff for them because of my expertise in lighting.

If lighting is not okay, work on it to and get good at it for people to love your work. This post is a great reminder of this.

Photography is always about light!

I over paid. Please review and refund.

I've been practicing and learning lightroom recently, very helpful and interesting to watch your work process! Although I'm still new, I actually agree with the clunkiness when useing the tone curve in lightroom. Going to have to try it your way and do it on photoshop now.

Way better in PS :)

You're welcome.

Good information, thaks...

I Love seeing how people work their Lightroom.

Is there any reason why you use Lightroom over Capture 1?
