Editing Photos on iPhone and Android with ParkerArrow Lightroom Presets - www.darkphotography.org (2).jpg

Have you ever wondered how some Instagrammers manage to get that specific look and feel that makes their photos go viral? A recent article by ParkerArrow on Dark Photography details some of the tips and tricks in the setting s applied beyond the use of just the Lightroom presets.

One of the key pieces of advice here is that you need to keep your finger on the pulse as far as what is trending on Instagram when you are editing photos on iPhone and Android. Simply whacking on a random filter and not making any further adjustments to tweak it so the image pops is one of the biggest mistakes you could make.

As good as presets are, they don't have the ability to take into consideration the precise look and feel you are going for on your photo. They do a great job to bring elements out that you might not have otherwise thought to, but they don't have your artistic eye.

It is this very organic human element that you need to make sure you apply when editing photos on iPhone or Android to enable our image to connect with others. This is what makes it go viral, so put some thought and heart into it. Check out Lightroom Presets for Portraits for some tips on how you can take pics to another level.
