Have you heard about Slovenia? (From "The Balkans" collection)steemCreated with Sketch.

Slovenia, not Slovakia. It's a little but charming, full of nature country located in southern Central Europe. Mountainous and green - those are adjectives that come to my mind when I think about this place.

And one more thing. A special place that I didn't want to leave from the moment I arrived into.

The Bled Island.

Have you ever imagined yourself living in a fairy tale? Or esoteric land where you can feel vibes of ancient Slavic gods and goddesses? So that what definitely is the island.

Amazing post :) :) Nice to meet you on steemit . upvoted and followed :) get to know me @bibkchhetri

Thank you, @bibkchhetri :)

I always confuse Slovenia with Slovakia (and the other way around). Yeah, I have imagined myself living in a fairytale but with more of a Lord of the Rings-feel to it :) Great shots!

Hehe. Thanky!

I have never been to Slovenia. In fact the only Eastern European country I visited was the Czech Republic. When I was growing up all these countries were behind the Iron Curtain. So much so we did not see them on maps. I still have a whole range of places to visit. Thanks for the intro to Slovenia.

You're welcome. In case of planning some trip around post communist/Slavic/post Yugoslavian countries I'm happy to help and give tips. I'm a Pole that used to live in Romania, currently living in Bulgaria and I have visited all the Balkan Peninsula so trust me, I know stuff ;)

Thanks for your help. I will let you know. I guess maybe easier when steemit develops an simple messaging system.

Good point :)
