Ingredients
— 10 oz Barney Butter smooth almond butter
— ½ cup coconut oil
— 1 tsp vanilla extract
— ½ cup almond flour
— ½ tsp sea salt
— 1 cup chocolate chips
— 1 cup chocolate chips
— 2 tbsp coconut oil
— 1 tbsp almond butter
Directions
Combine the almond butter, coconut oil and vanilla extract and mix until smooth. Add in almond flour and sea salt and mix until fully combined. Finally, fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour the mixture into a Popsicle mold, insert Popsicle sticks and freeze until solid — at least two hours.
When your Popsicle are almost frozen, combine chocolate, almond butter and coconut oil and melt fully. Stir the mixture to combine and allow it to cool to room temperature.
Dip the frozen pops in the chocolate mixture and allow it to set.
