George Square - - the Central square of Glasgow. It was founded in 1781 by king George III, for which it received its name.
To begin: my panorama of the area from a side angle, it seemed to me more successful to convey the scale and size of the area. The area is really large and free, not clamped buildings, it creates a sense of space.
On the square there are statues of famous Scots. In the center, on a column rises Sir Walter Scott.
Around the square there are statues of famous Scots, equestrian statues of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert. The abundance of monuments is good, you can walk and see which of the famous people was Scottish
Monuments are heavily spotted with birds, and gulls.
Even the Queen's monument
Glasgow is where the city has been since ancient times, especially once it has entered the territory of United Kingdom a very amazing and advanced region.
