In the winter I did not follow my diet, ate pizza and burgers. In consequence, I scored from 43 kg to 48🐷 You may think that this is not such a big number, but for me these few kgs were very much felt, it was uncomfortable, and on my ass not even got some of my jeans на. In some, when they get better their stomach grows, my cheeks and thighs grow 😅 and my stomach remains dry and flat🤷🏻♀️. In May, I decided that I need to rebuild my body to eat fast food, because my fast metabolism is not eternal) But the most the main reason that I now came into shape and feel such a rush of energy- This is my decision to give up meat "Not for ethical reasons, there's nothing to be sorry for animals. I just caught myself thinking that when I eat it gets so hard for me. Energy is lost somewhere🤷🏻♀️ Now I only eat seafood and vegetables / fruits. Weight goes away before your eyes😍 No baking, snacks, soda, just no more potatoes. Although I adore it🤤 But it is not particularly useful, I replace it with kashki (Kinoa, wild rice, couscous)
