Snow Falling does not happen in desert and plain areas but they do enjoy lovely whether during rainy season. Those people who live in these areas go to visit hill station so that they can experience the joy anyone get during snow fall.
This is a pic of friend who visited hilly areas recently and he looks very excited however people who lives in states of U.S.A like anchorage can not understand why he is so excited as snow falling creates lots of problems for them.
