Original Haiku from Foreign Travels

Sailing out of time
To the meadows of my mind
Feeling quite divine

This subtle escape
Dissolves reality's weight
I am the still lake

I lose my senses
And realize there's more to life
There's a world inside

Within, without me
Spirals cosmic energy
I flow it humbly

I'm no different than
The stars that dance the dark sky
I will never die

I may disappear
Just invisible, yet near
I am always here

Gently floating through
And between the real and dream
I find love and peace

Thank you to whomever is reading this. I captured this photo from our tour van from Luquillo to Rincon, Puerto Rico. I've taken a long break from Steemit that began when I went on the tour where I wrote this poem. It is the only poem I wrote all of my travels and it brought me back home during a time of constant flux and situations. I am still very grateful for Steemit and still stoked to be here. Hoping to hear from some old cyber pals. Give thanks!

Thank you, yes it was through a dirty window so I touched it up. The landscape honestly was magical though, followed you :)

To me @writingamigo the "photo" is CG , image from a game maybe , lloooolll , nice composition , truly what you only see in movies then.
