In the south of France

in photography •  7 years ago

Provence is a historical area in the southeast of France. Winters in Provence are warmer than in Northern Europe. Provence is washed by the Mediterranean Sea. Clouds merge with the sea, seagulls dive into the water.
Hills with dense vegetation. It's a great place to relax, even in winter. My friend sent me these marine photos. I am happy to share with you the beauty of France.

Thank you!

I lived in France for 10 years. Missing the country and my friends a lot. Thanks for sharing such awesome photos.

It's beautiful. Kinda reminds me of home (Graaff-Reinet) but without the ocean.

I visited Aix for few days, some years ago while studying, it was lovely. We took a trip to Marseilles for Bastille Day, it was so, so hot!

Beautiful photos. Whilst I do like the land photos, I particularly favour those of the coastline. You have captured the movement of the water so well.

I really like those first two landscapes. Is it deep enough to dive from that rock in the second shot? That looks like it would be a great place for it. The last shot reminds me of the time I spent living in Spain. Lots of "moo" around where I was :-)

Nice photos. Cheers!

Totally stunning photography!

I hope to visit one day, I live in Spain yet close to France. I love moody haunting coast pictures, my father was captain to a fishing boat and I grew by the ocean. See unruly water trigger memories
