Yaroslavl is a city in the center of the European part of Russia which is located on the banks of the Volga near the Kotorosl River. Yaroslavl was founded in the 11th century and the historic center of the city is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You will like the calm nature and views of the beautiful Volga river. My friend sent me these wonderful photos of the famous river. I am happy to share with you the beautiful scenery of Yaroslavl.
