The Malaya Kokshaga River

in photography •  6 years ago

The Malaya Kokshaga is a river in the Mari El Republic in Russia is the left tributary of the Volga River. The river often wriggles. After the city of Yoshkar-Ola, the river becomes swampy and flows among the mixed forest. My friend sent me these autumn photos of a green river. I'm glad to share with you the beauty of nature in the central part of Russia.

Thank you!

What a serene location, a perfect place for relaxation and running away from the city noise!

I particularly loved the picture with those poles in the water, there must have been a bridge there at some stage.

Thank you for rating!

Wondering if there is any crawfish or crayfish in those waters...
