На днях приготовила пиццу, получилось очень вкусно, и я решила поделиться с вами своим рецептом.
Для приготовления теста берём стакан молока, 1 яйцо, ст. ложку сахара, 6 гр. соли, 10 гр. дрожжей и 450 гр. муки.
Начинка: сосиски, майонез, кетчуп, помидоры, маринованные огурцы и голландский сыр.
Для этого в миску наливаем тёплое молоко, добавляем туда взбитое яйцо, соль, сахар и дрожжи, хорошо взбиваем, добавляем муку и смазывая руки подсолнечным маслом лепим тесто. Тесто должно получиться не совсем крутое и даже немножко липнуть к рукам. Накрываем пакетом и оставляем на 20 мин.
Пока подойдёт тесто, начинаем готовить начинку. Сосиски, огурцы, помидоры нарезаем, сыр натираем на тёрку.
Берём противень, намазываем подсолнечным маслом и раскатываем тесто прямо в противне. Тесто смазываем майонезом, потом кетчупом, можно немножко поперчить, накладываем сосиски, помидоры, огурцы и сверху насыпаем сыром. Отправляем в духовку разогретую до 200°С на 20 мин.
Красиво выглядит, надо попробовать.
