Found a lost dog

Looks like he's been missing for a while. He has no collar and I could see that he is not chipped. Is he yours?

A while back I went for a beer a a local pub and a friend who almost always carries his little dog, Reba with him walked in with this instead. I thought it was one of the funniest things I had seen in a while. I took her out back to take care of business and took some photos.
