Es una colina en donde en su cima se sitúa la estatua de la virgen, basada en la obra de Bernardo de Legarda. La estatua fue inaugurada el 28 de marzo de 1975 y se la pasó a llamar "virgen del panecillo", desde ahí puedes apreciar la ciudad de Quito y para subir a al torre el costo es de 2 dolares.
