On this day in the evening, I went for the last time this year on skis. Snow was still there, but it was very loose - the skis fell through. After this day, snow melted pretty quickly.
В этот день вечером я последний раз в этом году поехал покататься на лыжах. Снег ещё был, но он был очень рыхлым - лыжи проваливались. После этого дня он растаял довольно быстро.
