This and the next photo didn't come out nearly as well as I hoped. There was something...almost magical about the late afternoon light.
It wasn't quite faded, but down in the valley it seemed as though dusk wanted to reach out and caress the world a little early. Not just yet, but soon. A hint and taste of what was to come.
Alas, my photography skills were not quite up for it.
