Celebration of life on the Feast of Saint Peter / Celebración de la vida en la Fiesta de San Pedro

Promise payments in Naiguatá, far from being torture or penance that leads to suffering, are true festivals where the saint is celebrated but the continuity of life is also celebrated with a unique passion.

Every June 29, Saint Peter's Day, the doors of the houses are opened and the families receive a dispossession and, at the same time, a collective recharge with high-voltage energy.

The favors received are paid by regale their own and strangers with food and drink. It is appreciated by enjoying, dancing, drinking, eating, sharing.

You can’t be there without feeling integrated to that overflowing vibration that transcends any religious belief to connect with our spiritual base that is not only individual, but also collective.

Los pagos de promesas en Naiguatá lejos de ser suplicios o penitencias que conlleva al sufrimiento, son verdaderas fiestas donde se celebra al santo pero también se celebra con pasión única la continuidad de la vida.

Todos los 29 de junio, Día de San Pedro, las puertas de la casas se abren y las familias reciben un despojo y a la vez una recarga colectiva con energía de alto voltaje.

Se retribuyen los favores recibidos agasajando con comida y bebida a propios y extraños, Se agradece gozando, bailando, tomando, comiendo, compartiendo.

No se puede estar allí sin sentirse integrado a esa vibración desbordante que trasciende cualquier creencia religiosa para conectarnos con nuestra base espiritual que no solo es individual, si no también colectiva.
