I encounter this a lot when talking to patroness who feel the need to use triggering language at the bar I work at. I just don’t understand why anyone would want to hurt someone and then have to apologize afterwords, seams easier to me to just be careful what I say. “Sticking to your guns” is a lame concept. Just try and be nice to people. It’s easier.
