Three days in one post

Friday, Saturday, Sunday 22

All three days, one weather, as an order! Bright warm sun and such a favorite, nipping frost!
Like the same actions - they met, cleared the ice-hole, bathed, drank tea! And each time in a special way and not like the other. Always fun and fervent!

Let's answer today the main question - Why be tempered?

Everyone has his own reasons, but there is still a common denominator.

  1. General strengthening of the body (resistance to viral and catarrhal diseases)
  2. Improvement of the nervous system
  3. Improvement of the cardiovascular system (blood gets into the most secluded places of your body and thoroughly flushes them and all organs)
  4. Slows down the aging process (each cell of the body is abundantly filled with blood, cleared of toxins and enriched with the necessary nutrition)
  5. Natural thermoregulation is returned
  6. Adaptation to various climate changes is improving
  7. Improves metabolism
  8. Favorably affects the gastrointestinal tract
    9 . Hardening teaches you how to deal with stress
  9. Hardened people almost never develop complications after illness
  10. Good mood
  11. New acquaintances

☝Actually only with regular procedures !!!

And remember hardening - it happens not only cold. There is still a warm tempering (bath). But just do not mix them!
