I know personally, I can’t stop using devices. My screen time is going up to six or eight hours a day. And I’m starting to eat too much. Damn gym closed on me.
I’ve also had to fill out for unemployment. Thank God for hurricane Florence because I already had a profile set up, I just didn’t really remember the dates of all my jobs over the last couple years. Has everyone else been laid off? I just wonder how long it’s gonna take us to get back to normal. Trying to meditate and read a bunch but I don’t have shit for water toilet paper I’m just kind of flying by the seat of my pants...😶
