Tubular

Tubular!!.jpg

I had been doing photography for about 3 months when I took this photo. At this point, I still didn't really know what I was doing, but everyone kept telling me I had "the eye" for this sort of thing.

This was one of my first attempts at a more 'abstract' subject. I was drawn to the shape and reflections and thought that it looked like a cool explosion of little telescopes. I wish I knew the artist's name that designed the actual piece I photographed but I will resign to just sending some good vibes his or her way as a thank you for allowing me to use it as a subject. As time has gone on, I've started to learn that almost anything can look pretty cool if it's photographed in the right context.

Thanks for checking out my work!
