Merienda para consentir en casa.

Un cordial saludo para todos los integrantes de Steemit, en esta oportunidad le contare sobre el antojito de merienda, cuando llegue a mi casa mi hija y mi papá ya habían llegado, y ambos me dicen que querían merendar algo dulce, bueno les puedo decir que consentir a mi familia es muy fácil para mí.





Solo tuve que revisar la despensa y aun tenia los ingredientes necesarios para hacer una torta (son que me quedaron del mes de diciembre), así que manos a la obra, me puse hacer una rica torta de vainilla, y prepare de tomar chocolate frio.

Ingredientes:
Azúcar
Huevos
Leche
Esencia de vainilla
Harina de trigo
Polvo de hornear

Nota: Las cantidades de cada ingrediente son al ojo por ciento.

Modo de preparación:

Mezclar el azúcar con la mantequilla ir agregando los huevos uno a uno, añadir la esencia de vainilla, luego la harina intercalando con la leche, por ultimo agregar el polvo de hornear y seguir batiendo por unos minutos más.


Y listo, una merienda casera, más rica y hecha con mucho cariño para todos mis consentidos de la casa.
