A zodiac is hoisted back up via a crane to the top deck on the Ocean Nova ship as operations are wrapped up for the day. Long summer days on the Antarctic Peninsula are beginning to become shorter and soon all tourist operations will leave the peninsula throughout March and head north to other locations. It’s a dramatic and intense beautiful cycle every summer and watching the wildlife make the most of Summer down south.
