Wow, amazing pics. I love the classic look when they're fresh. I wonder if I've ever had the red and white kind before or just the other species. A college prof told me that at UBC, students would harvest mushrooms where they grw on campus and they put up signs saying do not pick the mushrooms. Maybe I should go looking at the right time of year.
