Today I shared a picture of mango. This is one of my favorite fruits. Mangoes are usually a summer fruit, but now, mangoes are available all year round from pen trees. But it can be seen in abundance during summer. The mangoes we see in this picture are currently unripe. Many more days will pass then they will start to ripen. Mangoes are yellow in colour when they are ripe. But there are also raw mangoes. I eat a lot. Also pickles are made from raw mangoes which are delicious to eat. Every year raw mango pickle is prepared at our house which can be stored throughout the year.
