If you search for "Sinemorets" on the maps, you'll find our it is a small village, one of the most Southern establishments, at the Bulgarian shore of Black Sea.

Just a few years ago, it was just a few houses and a lot of wilderness.

People, who love the sea, the freedom and being away from concrete, glass and luxury, have preferred this place over the big sea resorts located to the North of it.

Unfortunately, for me, Sinemorets has changed a lot lately. Too many new buildings and hotels "popped" like mushrooms here and there and the volume of vacationers increased rapidly.

This process will probably continue as "modern progress" is impossible to halt so my series of black and white photographs here is, you may say, a retrospection, as the landscape there changes on a daily basis...

So, without further ado, let's jump on that time machine!
