Sea of Dreams Sunrise in Jackson Hole Wyoming

Hey fellow Steemians!

Wanted to take a second to share this beautiful pic with all of you. It was just one of those days when I was reminded of how lucky I am to live in such a beautiful place. Down in the valley, on days like these, it was dark and dreary but once you got above the cloud layer it was wide open skies and clear. It was a perfect reminder to never let those dark and dreary days get you down.

This picture was taken on the tram at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. It goes from 6,311 ft. to 10,450 ft. above sea level. It has the most vertical rise for any single ski lift in America. Bring your snorkel, they also are known for some of the most, and "best" powder in the nation! The terrain here is mostly black diamond ski runs with 50% being black diamond.

Jackson Hole Mountain resort is also home to one of the most difficult ski runs in North America, Corbet's Couloir. If you think you are ready to "hit it", don't forget, it "hits" back.

Would love to board there one day. How long have you lived there for ?

I lived there for 5-6 years and loved every minute of it!

What a well-timed photo. I've never been big on skiing, but I can certainly appreciate the view. Good job.

Thanks! I love Jackson. It is truly one of the most magical places I have every been. It is an outdoor enthusiasts dream come true. Living the dream!
