Electron Microscope Image of the SARS-Cov-2 Virus

Scientists in Montana have used an electron microscope to take images of the novel coronavirus (SARS-Cov-2), which was isolated from a U.S. patient.

The virus, in yellow, is emerging from the surface of cells, and looks similar to the original SARS and MERS virus.
