A few days ago I took a picture where I used this effect and people were interested and asked me to do a few more. I've done a few more pictures on static objects. For this effect I used the Bluristic android app, a strange app but it gives interesting results. You can make art photos that many will not understand how you've managed to do it. I hope you like these pictures and I will continue to test the application on several objects to see what I can do.

as usual i don't use any additional effects and plugins - the only cameras and optics (it maybe strange lens - like the Lensbaby composer that creates some similar but not too powerful) thank you for the info @cgame !
