"Blue led lights and long exposure" - nope!
"Lava lamp particles long exposure shot" - nah!
Good guesses though...
Well, as you can tell by the title and the pic - IT'S A JELLYFISH!!! 😄😄
I zoomed in and focused on his (or is it her?) tentacles in the other shot. Amazing what the light in an aquarium can do 😉

Not to blow my own horn or anything, but I can definitely see the improved quality of my pics since I've gotten a full-frame camera. Not pulling down cropped sensors but buying a full-frame was the best thing ever!! :)
