The boys go hunting

As you all are pretty aware, meat is expensive! Fortunately, we are in the position to go hunting each winter to help fill the freezer for the upcoming year. This means getting up super early to shoot a buck before the sun is at its highest.

So, in short, mission accomplished - our freezer is filled with mince and hamburger patties to last us another year.

And as a bonus - my son even made his first fire (maybe with a little help though) :)
