I seasoned my salmon fillets with jerk seasoning straight from the islands. Contains herbs, spices and hint of nutmeg. Seared in a pan with olive oil, butter and white wine. Sauteed mushrooms with more Jamaican seasoning, lemon juice and tomato paste. Spaghetti in boiled salt water and made an Italian style prosciutto tomato pimento sauce with Parmesan cheese and avocado slivers.
That looks pretty good! I have actually never put jerk seasoning on salmon before. This looks like something I need to try! Thanks for sharing.
