Good morning dear Steemians,

It will again be a great summer day, the sun is already shining with the blue sky. The next days it should be so beautiful, as you can soon bounce into the cool water.
Only the bikinifigur has yet to be trained a bit ... And so I decided to order a few Fidnessbänder to bring the body for the beach in shape.
If you want there is still a post to it, if my training device is there.
Until then, the bike must be used.
The stomach, legs and buttocks should be in the right light when it goes to the beach.
So girls, go on and get rid of the superfluous puddles.
For you dear Steemians I have a few flowers of very close, so that their fragrance is to accompany you through the day ....

Guten Morgen liebe Steemians,

es wird heute wieder ein toller Sommertag werden, die Sonne strahlt bereits mit dem blauen Himmel um die Wette.
Die nächsten Tage soll es auch so schön bleiben, da kann man doch bald ins kühle Wasser hüpfen.
Nur die Bikinifigur muss noch ein wenig trainiert werden...Und somit habe ich beschlossen, mir ein paar Fidnessbänder zu bestellen um den Körper für den Strand in Form zu bringen.
Wenn ihr möchtet gibt es da noch einen Post dazu, wenn mein Trainingsgerät da ist.
Bis dahin muss das Fahrrad herhalten.
Denn Bauch, Beine und Po sollen schon im rechten Licht stehen, wenn es an den Strand geht.
Also Mädels, auf und los die überflüssigen Pfündchen abtrainieren.
