I will show you something that I find a good practice to apply if the possibility is shown
I know that now everybody is fixed in the bio idea and green all the way and what I am about to show you is not original, nor a new idea, but they applied it and I think we should copy their method.
It is an art building (it holds the place for theaher, cinema, ballet, painting rooms and many more) and there is something particular with it. It has a green rooftop, or better yet a part on nature growing on the top of it. It has trees, plants, fruits, vegerables growing...it even has a small farm of bees.
