Last week we left the busy life for a while to take the 9 hour drive to Funäsdalen. At the border between Sweden and Norway the snow still clings on to the mountain tops even though it´s mid June. This time of the year it´s far from tourist season and we had the scenery all for our selves.
The weather report stated rain and a constant 10 degrees Celsius for the full week but we managed to catch some glimpses of sun. Since we were walking around quite a bit it was no problem keeping warm either.
Escaping the city noise and cell phone network coverage we took time breathing fresh air for a while and practicing some landscape photography. I love being outdoors but for capturing it in photos I need more practice.
Funäsdalen and the surrounding area is a place I recommend visiting. Beautiful rivers and water falls, lakes and mountains. And the reindeer road blocks every few kilometers are an experience in itself!
Wonderful ! I follow !
Look at my page i've some photo also from the north :)
