Hi @craig-grant. Really like your definition of satisfied. I had a counselor once warm me of hope saying that it can be dangerous. Ever since I've found value in avoiding hope as it is based on expectation of change. As you say, it's more tangible to enjoy the now rather than set yourself up for disapointment through the vehicle of hope. Interesting to contemplate.
