You're welcome. You login to the Steem Follower platform from this link and you click the services tab. In that window there will be instructions on how to upvote different posts. Only 10 upvotes can be placed from the Steem Follower platform. I have received other questions about the platform so I will create a YouTube video to help explain how it works from what I have learnt. It's a tool that can help if you choose to use it.
