Well Partiko is working but you cannot redeem any points and it seems that its creators are not here any more. Its development has stopped I think.
If you are thinking posting via mobile, Appics is a good option (think Instagram on steem, sort of)
You also get notifications but you got certain limitations such as the possibility to post only one photo or one video (for now at least)
