Demolished! Yeah I finished eating these bad boys and mother just didn't cooked it tender enough so I have to fry the delicious edible meat inside one by one instead of having to just suck them conveniently and leisurely.

Our friendly neighbor was able to give us some red hot chili peppers and I told mother to put the red ones into the dish but I do not know why the spiciness is not enough for me though because it is just barely spicy for me.

Now I am very curious about those 3x spicy noodle dish that some people are trying to eat as a challenge in YouTube and I really wanted to try if the spiciness of those instant noodles can tickle my taste buds.

Anyway, cooking these snails is just easy and I already had said it in my recent posts here and here. The secret for this dish which is cooked in coconut cream is to parboil them after sautéing in the usual manner with garlic, onions, some ginger, hot chili peppers, and fish sauce so that they would get tender and easy to suck from the shell.

Constant stirring in a medium low flame is also important so that the coconut milk and cream would not curdle-up. Then it is also better to put some leafy greens and for this example or dish we used the swamp cabbage which is very common to buy in my place and it is really nutritious type of leafy vegetable.

However of course you can include any type of vegetables that you wish and it also includes some pumpkin as well as that vegetable is also a good combination with coconut cream.

This dish calls for using some spicy hot chilis and it compliments the creaminess of the coconut cream because the spiciness gets washed away by the natural oils from the coconut.

This dish is recommended to be eaten with either leftover rice (not from the fridge) or a steaming fluffy rice and surely you can demolish a few serving of rice if this dish is served unto you, well for those who have the taste for it that is.
