    Hi @cunupunu, by reducing your payouts I simply want to ensure that the votes that you buy for your posts are coming at a cost. Before the last hard fork and the introduction of the EIP we had the absurd situation that everyone could get a guaranteed return by vote buying. With #newsteem that's over now.
