I finally got out rockclimbing with my wife this summer! She's been too stressed and stuck in work mode, so we're turning that frown upside down and making an effort to get out and about more.
Canada is a beautiful place, and the rock in Squamish is amazing. Any other climbers here?
My buddy lead his first crack climb! I placed the gear and he pinkpointed the lead (clipping to the placed gear).
And my mate, an apprentice rock guide, sent a long burly 5.10c crack effortlessly. I followed up on toprope and got totally pumped out 2/3 of the way up. I guess I just need to get there more!
