As I walked around Lido Key one day I was struck by different images that engendered contemplation in me and perhaps others. These two sat quietly lost in their thoughts while gazing at a beautiful horizon. They were so peaceful.
At a different place in the park a man fishing just gazed out into space and I wondered about why people fish when they rarely catch anything. I guess just the peace of mind from being alone in nature is enough...and we'll never know what they contemplate.
I found my own spot of perfect peace in nature as I too contemplated what I want from life now.
This photo from a deck in the middle of the water prompted this thought: when looking back what are your musings about where you came from and where you're going.
We all need to reflect and immersed in Nature is one of the more inspiring places to do this. Take a walk and contemplate - I think you'll be refreshed.
