Here is a close-up photo of a low hanging stratus cloud, lingering around Emerald Lake, Yoho National Park, British Columbia. First time seeing this kind of scenery during a hike. It was awesome! Colour or Black & White, which do you prefer?

Man I swear I would like to grow old in a place like that. The colour looks almost black and white til you compare them.

Nice to see the sky too as I know it is sometimes fleeting in the mountains and valley towns.

I will have to look up Emeral Lake but that must be towards the exterior of the Rockies?

Great shot man.

It's just a few kilometres west of the Alberta/British Columbia border. If you like the Winter photo, than you would love the Summer colours. Appreciate you stopping by!
