I have couple of those, even one converted to monocle... but in fact still prefer much more Helios 40-2 f/1.5. More bright, even more crazy bokeh, though much bigger and heavier - the piece of metal and glass probably you can kill with :D

The Helios 40-2 f/1.5 sounds like it would be an amazing lens. I would love to get my hands on one. I am going to have to look and see how much they cost on ebay.

at $400, it is still comparative to the Canon lenses at that range, and it looks to be more sought after. Canon's 85mm f/1.2 is my favorite portrait lens, but this Helios f/1.5 has an amazing look to it and it is about $1400 less.
