Alone in the mountains, Nepal - My photo of the day

I spent a long time in Nepal 2 years ago, helping a village destroyed by an earthquake. It was one of the biggest challenges in my life and something I'm incredibly proud of.

Standing in the Himalayas looking down this valley the scale of the mountains was jaw-dropping. When I needed a timeout, I'd look down this valley, and it would clear my mind.

Today has been one of those days. Where I just wanted to clear my mind of all the crap of the last few days. But being in busy Saigon, it's not exactly easy to just find a quiet spot.

Tomorrow is a new day. So time to reset and look forward to the coming week.
