Woah. Never knew that places like that actually existed outside of movies. Brings back a lot of Lord of the Rings nostalgia. Is it an overnight location, like a bed and breakfast of sorts?

It is the visitors center for the movie set, you can go on day tours to different places where the movie was filmed......
